RESET

Chronotype refers to an individual’s preference to perform activities at certain times of the day, also known as morningness (“larks”) or eveningness (“owls”). Although chronotype questionnaires are a cost-effective approach to assess circadian variation, existing measures have limitations. The Caen Chronotype Questionnaire (CCQ) was developed to address this and has previously been validated in six languages – Arabic, Dutch, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

The RESET study aims to validate The Caen Chronotype Questionnaire (CCQ) in an English-speaking sample.
