The key factors considered amenable to change will then be tested in an intervention study examining well-being and performance outcomes at an individual and team level.

Cass is also passionate about teaching and supports the delivery of the BSc Psychology programme by giving a guest lecture series on the Work Psychology module. Cass loves travel, wildlife and running in all climates. Being a mother of three boys is without doubt Cass’s biggest passion.
